Too difficult to predict what the new structure will look like.
Firstly I suspect that a reissue of the old options will now not take place. I know that this is contrary of what i had been told in the past but we now have new partners to satisfy. NKP could offer alternatives but not the 60m options that had been on issue.
NKP could list as a new company on the JSE. This would give more Sth Africans a share of the bounty.
NKP could issue news shares for Sth African investors. All current and future shares would be available for trade on both exchanges. If Aussie holders bail out over time the company could be delisted from the ASX. You would have to buy/sell on the JSE.
Its too early to predict what is on the drawing board. Whatever it is will take at least a year in my opinion.
