I agree that there are areas that have supply issues...
Equally there are areas with oversupply issues...
Perhaps the issue is more about existing housing infrastructuer being in the wrong areas...
Regarding the Census data... It is a measured value... That contradicts the assumed value that was originally used to calculate housing needs...
Ive yet to see valid reasoning to discount its accuracy...
