Maybe the ASX should've questioned Modena (MDA, now SPS) in early 2011 about the $1.8m it borrowed from LRR (then known as AEX) in the 3rd and 4th quarter of 2010. The companies were related parties and the loan was partly written off with the balance later converting to loan.
