    well said gentlemen , in general pr delays are worrisome , but when you are starting a new play there are production adjustments to be made and techniques to be tried and improved upon , and then of course SEA is very actively looking to add to there land positions in the general areas so if you are negotiating leases with land holders then success rates would be better left in secret ...remember a good well here is not going to give you BIG numbers like Bakken , most likely SEA would be quite happy with 200 IP ... the real result is the rate of return as we know that these wells cost about 70-75% less than Bakken so lower IP's with a much lower rate of decline is very attractive . also I notice that "MM" had stated that if SP drops more he would buy back in so we all know what his motives of posting are ... luck
