I don't think the 20 mill shares or so, on these terms is what's holding the price down at this point... It's the fact that mgmt will need to continue diluting to cover expenses if the cash flow doesn't prove out as projected. If the returns come in over the nxt weeks/months as hoped so that the fear of further dilution passes, get ready for a ride!
