Seriously... in 6 weeks they can issue the tol 10 times over, it will be too late... the SP will be nipple twisted and the Mt Kellett will have their trigger to buy at bargain prices with their 30 day average + 20% SP at very, very, very low levels by then ... geez.
Forget dilution of shareholder value, it will be weak as water once mt Kellett use their option to convert @ a SP well below 60c...
I, for one, am sick of seeing reports on how confident people are of a TOL issued today, tomorrow or any time this month..
btw, every rocket ship as soon as the SP rises by more than 5c has a success rate of 99% dropping the SP shortly afterwards well below that 'take off' SP.
