Quite right, Mr D. I can't remember the name of the person who said these words, either. You are right. I shouldn't have gone wobbly at the knees but I did. The media in London was an enormous flood of outrageous bull. Facts were swamped by fluff about, "and how do you feel, sir, knowing that the bomber lived just in the next suburb?" Intense emotion was everywhere and the crap about Londoners beeing stoical and unafraid... frightened everyone. Anyhow, I was shaken a bit because I didn't know any of these guys (one I had just spoken with for a couple of trivial minutes but that's all) and so I wasn't sure how to go about it. But you are right and it's what I thought immediately after I've delivered it. Called myself a pussy.
