Great commentary on all of this, thanks to all for you thoughts..nice to see a different discussion with some level of meat to it!

My main interest in all of this is in line with F77's comment about the options. THat was a HUGE loss for me, relative, and I will not walk away from that without at least challenging management on there promised 60m options.
It may be that the new partner says to NKWE, "that's your problem and not for discussion in this negotiation", I wouldn't be surprised. So what that leaves us with is for current NKWE mgt to somehow provide a level of compensation to option holders that is fair but does not leave the shareholders wanting...not an easy task.

Either way we were promised these additional 60m options, for 3c so not free, and shareholders get another 40m...that netts the Co. $3m and would be easily subscribed at this point. ANd then of course if/when they're int the money a cool $35m for conversion, assuming 35c conversion price.
