Also where is Charro in your calculations?, rememebr it has not been fine tuned yet and it is producing 44Bodp total at the moment in total.

Avalanche is already drilled and the gas is there, pipe is being run, another well drilled there in the next few months will cost next to nothing as it will utilize the same pipe, that could be a good income stream in the case of good flow rates.

Small things but they all can add to the overall picture.
