I might be wrong, but I did not find the ATO www too useful, they concentrate on "Trader vs Investor" and i could not find a worked example of "This is how a Trader could prepare his accounts".
They do a good booklet for "Investment Houses", I thought they would do a similiar booklet for "Share Traders".
