Thanks Mozzie..Ive worked in 3rd world countries for a long time and the subtle hints in the press releases and company statements absolutely reek of mismanaged bribery...or i prefer to call it commissions...RTm can sort it out...the ministers bagmen will co-ordinate a deal and the necessary permits can then go ahead...RTM need to go to ground shutup and sort it with minimum fuss and ensure no one gets exposed or insulted.
