There may be some upside heading our way maybe, I see that Hartleys has revised their report for PCL as they say that because they didn't find oil yet and as it was unlikley to find oil they have revised there target price for PCL by half have a look at there share price in the last few days. I am only guessing but as we have now found oil I think Hartleys will double there 10 cent target on NWE. Only time will tell
