Very valid question - what are the asset values?

I think the assets would be below 0.

Think about the impact if the project (not any more, ready to go)can't proceed:

If a country like Malaysia really would come to the conclusion that a state-of-the-art, ready-to-produce, fully paid mining facility can not proceed with what they have been promised ...

    - if this really happens, we would probably be in court to fork out the money to get rid of the infrastructure. Well... no one is going to pay for this, correct?

    - any investor (even in other industries) would think about Malaysia again and again - not as an upcoming country with a GDP ranking of 64 but rather as a high risk investment with the uncertainty of losing everything.

I don't think Malaysia can afford this to happen.

But if they really do, I suggest to let the facility rust to pieces, get an administrator in to wind it down and call it quits.

The IP will ultimately emerge in another company with a different geographical target. I'm ready to invest - if that has to be the case.

    Just a few thoughts
