I am asking not what the LAMP is worth if it is shut down by Malaysia. That is clearly not the case here as Lynas has been making every effort to get it approved. What a "SHORT" memory (pun intended) folks have here on Hot Copper. The PSC recommended that the TOL be approved once the terms are met and the Malaysian government voted in favor. The PSC also concluded that the LAMP can be operated in a completely safe manner, and the AELB has stated that the license will be issued once "it can be verified that all the terms of the TOL are met."

So the valuation I am asking for is what is the LAMP worth as a turnkey, ready to go project ASSUMING that it would be sold at a point in time when all licenses have been issued? Kind of throws cold water on all that downramping.
