If you can source Brewers emails to some of the cheer squad you may have some evidence there.

The thing that is most dissapointing is the brave/arrogant face presented to shareholders from company announcements when the cash forecasts were obviously dire. Now for the experienced this may have been obvious but for the Mum and Dad investors caught up in this who look at record production numbers and assume all is well this is shocking. The CFO needed to resign if they had a conscience. She may say her warnings were not taken. Well if warnings were given then directors have been guilty of not performing their fudiciary duty if they failed to act sooner. They have failed to cut administrative overheads which are at the extreme end of the scale. They have continued on there growth strategy when the ability to pay was not there. How much did the due diligence on Columbia cost? Money better spent elsewhere. They have played with CCC shareholder money and not there own as they had no skin in the game. Good luck with your prooving this lot are both corrupt and immoral..
