How can NC release the statement he did specifically stating that the plant is 100% complete if those 2 conditions have not been satisfied.

There was no mention of this in the release and when the company is contacted on the matter they can not confirm that this is the case.

100% complete means all conditions satisfied including the last 2 because this barge aint moving without them.

So maybe instead of blaming Malaysia for the delay some of that buck should stop at the feet of management, whom I am a great supported of BTW.

But 100% is not 100% if those 2 conditions are not satisfied.

And until that is done I dont know how in the hell the Malaysians can issue the license.
