If thats the case whats the point of the announcement because we still can't expect the TOL till the conditions are met.
Its BS...
Only so many months ago they were refusing to issue a 100% complete announcement because they did not have the TOL and they required that to get the ore to complete commissioning on the LAMP.
Now we are still in the same position really however they have informed the market the LAMP is 100% complet.
BS...and I am a supporter of management.
What the market wants to know is when is the bloody plant going to fire up and make money...plain and simple.
The rest is semantics.
