perhaps... but the past docent necessarily equal the future- as economies continue to add more debt to their books each year where does it end- aussie property boom is over so next quarter will show global slowdown and projects in the mining sector will start to get mothballed - china demand is sharply dropped and will continue - this will hit the market and people will dump stocks for safe havens- its that simple- the question is who wants to take on the market-ROTFL

Now is the time to exit the market before it falls further unless someone can convince me that GDP will increase and debt will be paid off- think pigs will fly before this happens- consumer confidence and job creation are key

Just hope by the time AVB get into production in next 2 years they get the funding necessary
