Harcourt, neither labor nor liberal governments have tried to be so intrusive on freedom of speech as this strange brand of labor which seems poles apart from the original labor brand which had the interests of working families at heart. The Gillard government seems far removed from that original labor intent.
Now we have a fabian socialist at the helm attempting to inflict serious denial to freedom of speech and to intrude on our privacy. I doubt that the two real major parties would actually favour this.
The sooner this fabian/socialist dictatorial type of government is given the boot the better, imo. If the libs tried anything so restrictive, we would also all be up in arms. I can assure you I would not condone it. I reckon even Bolt would fight them hard.
