what about the whole bunch of wallies who think paying rent all thier lives is a good idea---never considering the implications in retirement---never considering that rents will go up
completely sold the dump because they thought they were clever following the recommendations of fringe ecomomic extremists(who comments regularily on property but surprisingly never mentions vacancy rates--chronic shortage is the most appropriate description)---and rancid newsletters tring to suck you into buying shares they need to dump.
funny thing is it may have been true in 2010 but the stooges on here are waiting for the cheapsheets to give them the tap on the shoulder---now that is hilarious
