No wonder that Noble Group was eager to sign on an off take agreement for a whole 10 years, they clearly want the high grade high quality ore confirmed by their own testing, and did not limit themselves to the average Joe thinking that manganese is only limited to steel making and that the price should collapse once demand on iron ore declines!

Plant should be installed after 3 months of the manufacturer receives the funds.
The good good part is that kab has to pay only $1.5M for the plant fully installed, which is a quite reasonable price comparing to $20M, an estimation that has been floating around and turned up not to be any where near the truth.
