I don't know for sure they won't take 53c but I make my based on comments from the Chairman after the initial indicative offer came to light and on what I know of the main investors.

If gas prices were collapsing and we had a gas glut then I would entertain the idea that New Hope would be happy with 15% over 3 years, but it is the opposite scenario, there is a gas squeeze looming and New Hope are not idiots, they don't flip assets unless they see real value.
