This morning I was trying to track down PLs email address to take up his offer of seeing the documentation regarding VanMag sale. I will wait until the announcement before proceeding.

2 possible scenarios

The contract was not air-tight. Its been 15 months, clearly a timeframe has been broken, however the bank has not invoked the guarantee. Now CCC has to decide whether to continue to honour word, or start again

or

CCC has hit troubles with chinese currency laws in acting on the guarantee and taking the money out. My legal experience is limited, but I still could see china witholding something like this, they are a government run powerhouse

Or they are lying, in which accessing theses documents will prove they mislead and deceived shareholders, which will be the basis for my approaching ASIC.
