re: silly sellers the critical point Venkitti - Stoss etc,
Just as many of us already know, the critical point is that this is a A$1.4 billion project in which Heron has to make an upfront contribution of 4.5% of the total equity funding.
HERON'S CONTRIBUTION IS CAPPED AT A$19 MILLION
FOR A $1.4 BILLION PROJECT.
THE TIME FRAME IS LESS THAN ALL OTHERS OF SIMILAR SIZE.
6 YEARS AS AGAINST OTHERS 7-10 YEARS.
The future "in specie" share distribution (spin off's) together with the sulphides exploration is an added bonus.
Just remember also that two independant valuations were done on Heron more than 3 years ago.
Anyone can look back and see all that Heron has achieved since then. Not to mention Inco and BHP who now appear on Heron's register at number 2 and 3 and Heron now having procured for itself a fantastic deal with Inco.
By the way, the valuation placed on Heron shares at that time was between 86-89 cents.
I mention this aspect simply because I am unaware of any other more recent valuations on Heron.
