    VoKa, last time they did it properly, with a placement through the brokers and a SPP to existing holders, followed by a 3:1 consolidation, they drilled P1 and the SP went from 20c issue price to $1.26.

    So, jhsd, let's hope that in this respect it IS GDN all over again.
