    Its about COK alright but its from "The Land" newspaper
    Im guessing having "political opinion" to stir up the natives about mining so have "accidentally" declared that it the KOREANS doing the buy up. But as you say shows the Koreans as LT so should see them stay afloat or lose control to them?
