Worked the last 3 days in the city. Confidence has taken a much larger hit then I thought. We provide a service to the top end of town and I can tell you I met several people worth a fair amount of money. There will be some liquidation of some large portfolio properties the next couple of month. I be surprised if reiwa listings don't go from currently 10500 to 15000 plus within month. Well, I stick my neck out. If listing don't increase by a minimum of 3k by christmas I won't post any more bear comments here for a year. Good luck
