It is impossible for Monash to be selling at this stage. For starters they are supposed to be funding our next capital raising. This means they are in possession of price sensitive news. If they intend to pull out of the deal it would be illegal to sell before the news is released. If they intend to fund $6m why sell at 0.005c when they can sell potentially at a significantly higher price following the $6m.
