All this so called P1 reserve is from decommissioned oil wells ask any oiler commissioning a decommissioned oil well is not profitable. There is saying "once you decommissioned an existing oil well the in ground oil is lost "

If you want u can go to Ohio or Texas and get big proven p1 acreage for as cheap as chips with as big or bigger then MAD p1 If this project was worth billion I reckon American would have invested not send this to r shore for finance
