Russia finds more bird flu cases
Russian authorities say they have found evidence of the bird flu virus in two more regions of the country.
The disease has been confirmed in wildfowl in the regions of Kurgan and Omsk.
However, the potentially deadly H5N1 strain has only been positively confirmed in one Russian region, Novosibirsk.
H5N1 bird flu has killed more than 50 people in Asia since 2003, most of them in Vietnam.
The virus appears to have spread to China and Russia through migratory birds
