you know Eagle - how some DJ or "shock jock radio" presenter keeps on keeping on playing their favorite song - some putrid heavily annoying ditty that they absolutely love, and most of the rest of us can't stand.

But they play it over, and over, and over again. Because THEY love it. And so we leave - or tune out.

I'm really getting sick of this Malcolm Turnbull "hit" you and others so adore, and keep re-playing, ad nauseum.

(OR (maybe)is there some "promote Turnbull at all and any costs" especially convened division within the 1600 strong Gillard media contingent - the ones costing us $150,000,000 a year? Deliberate de-stablisation being put out there?)

Yes - "Malcolm Turnbull" may be a good song, strong in the Top 10. But if it's out of tune, it never makes top spot. But the trouble is actually, some allege, it's a song about someone who (perhaps) puts too much emphasis on self and self-promoting ego, ahead of the common good preferred option of "humble" and "what is it the people really want?"

Of course a "Star" can always make another hit. Perhaps the fans will like that better. But that's all in the future - and speculation. Meanwhile, the "Artist" has to show that he's got the right stuff to deserve No. 1 spot. Sing on the note, for starters.
