For the sceptics re ICN's future, the relative SPs of BPT and ICN has blown out to over 6.5:1 and if ICN's SP does not follow BPT's, that old chestnut of a BPT T/O will certainly raise its head again. But, IF BPT has those thoughts, they will need to act pretty soon before "leaks" from Halifax-1 start to spread.
