If that's true that's really weird given that they said they had approved the import permit at the same time back in January even though Lynas hadn't asked for it yet, with their logic being that it would be pointless to issue a TOL without those permits.
Choosing to believe this is rubbish until I see it in a more reputable news-feed from the AELB press conference.
