Perhaps the punters don't like the deal with the Albers Group for a minority stake in BAS. When I saw that deal go through, I immediately thought that whilst it might have been an okay acquisition, I did wonder whether management had one eye on the share register. The Albers Group are now the largest shareholder and I guess can be assumed to be close the current management. COE have spoiled the party it seems with regards to BAS control.
