assuming your theory is correct (which I, in fact, do not)..
take a second to step back and look where we were on Monday...
HC posters were freaking out because our idiot CEO NC had managed to get into bed with Mt Kellett which was going to eat up our company thanks to the devious 15th Sept. trigger which was about to fall due thanks to no TOL.
Then, to our amazement, the TOL magically appeared, and the trigger (which NC constantly pointed out would not be hit) was removed.
Take a second to think about this... the TOL was provided just in time and the trigger removed...
If that set of actions does not tell you something about Lynas, NC, the Gov. and AELB's intentions to progress this, then I fail to see what will.
