ICN reminds me of VicPet(VPE) before it turned into Senex (SXY).
The old MD had been at the helm for years without ever really achieving anything. Then along came the CSG boom and it accidentally discovered it had some prime acreage in the Surat Basin.
The only thing going for ICN is BPT.
Yes, I am aware of 855's potential (it's HUGE) but if it weren't for BPT I would not give ICN much chance of actually proving it up. Tread with caution. This company has a history of snouts in the trough. I suspect there will be quite a bit of leakage in shareholder value.
Also, yes you can have reserves certified without a GSA. What nonsense.
