I would agree that paedophilia could be considered another sexuality and that the urges that paedophiles have could be of similar intensity to those considered normal for homosexuals and heterosexuals.
However, children are not adults and do not have the awareness to consent to such an act. So the comparison is a very poor one. If paedophiles can not control their urges naturally, castration, chemical or otherwise, can be arranged. I can not see any society legalising this now or in the future.
