To me, obviously, successes at either and/or PCL/AP would/will be needed.
On the less tangible end: Personally, I very much DOUBT that the European mess is over - far from it in fact. The "Greece problem" (which is just the most obvious part of it and coming back into focus with the TROIKA monitors there yet again - and likely not leading to a positive outcome...) will certainly take some of that recent "shine" in Europe away again - and logically so!
On the takeover front: Yes, of course, IF off-shore KENYA will become the hot new frontier in East Africa, that might become a real possibility. Personally, I would be very satisfied and happy with an outcome anywhere between 30c and 50c...
