I have written to employers of a tenant stating the facts of what their employee did to my property. I have also traced a tenant by following them after they picked up their kids from school in their new 4 wheel drive. I then wrote to their new renting agency outlining the names and their details. Seems they did just what you said used a friends name on new application. They were given notice to vacate. My motto is never forget and never forgive. I am still trying to trace the doctor that slapped me at birth if he is still alive I will get him.
