Disappointed but not shattered. Well done to Freo. Reverse a few games last year and we end up with a season like 2012. Fine line between success and loss in the first week of finals. For the players to be up for so long we have been really spoilt.Thank you to the GFC.
Consoled a little bit by watching the VFL and Geelong Cats coming back from 19 points in the last quarter to win by 14, by beating the Box Hill Hawks to go into next week's prelim final. Enough to see that future looks bright and that the attitude is passed down the line. To Burns and Wojo with 5 flags to be still playing in the two's when the GFC is moving on without them is a great effort also.
