In my opinion it is because the people in NZ know the people of NZ better. To get anything done in NZ with that Greenpeace crowd are like pulling teeth. They are the main reason why NZ will never catch-up on OZ. Most of them sit on the dole and smoke dope and have nothing better to do but to protest and moan and whine all day against and about everything and the NZ government is too weak to ignore them.
The only thing that is banned from their mind is to find a real job.
