what has me scratching my head is that all of this was self evident a long time ago yet people were prepared to believe what directors of a spec company said and what was written on an internet forum over what a cursory look over what was and more pointedly what was not revealed on the state of the books and an ailing business model . Nearly all of the stooges fled here what over 15 months ago ? .The SP has been on the nose for a long time .
I don't see how any of this could be a surprise to anybody .Directors of these sort of companies always go down kicking and screaming but it's not as if any of this has come out of the blue .If you're going to invest in a spec ALWAYS be very very sceptical ,take nothing for granted and at the first sign of trouble get out of there. If you have no experience in dealing with specs it's more likely than not that you will lose your money
