Let`s do a quick comparison with Elemental Minerals who are currently working on their PFS with DFS due Q1 2013.

ELM - Current market cap = 159 million
Current resource = 1.3 billion tonnes potash measured and indicated @ 24%kci

POK - Current market cap = 29 million
If we get fed approvals, etc... Estimated resource (at the low end) = 3 billion tonnes @ 23%kci

That could suggest a market cap of around 300 million, prior to DFS, which is roughly 10 times current market cap.
With no dilution of shareholder capital (rough guess estimate) = $3.90
