The longs presented the opportunity to the shorts by buying too high based on hyped up ramping, unfortunate but true.
The shorts have time on their side, dont worry about them covering, they have many many trading days to do so.
Given the shorts were large from $2 downwards, they have possibly years to cover imo on a gradual basis.
The SP is a true reflection of the stocks value, like it or not, it is fact.
