re: * the winds of change are upon us! * Put it to a referendum right now and I think you would find that the general majority would support the mining of Uranium in W.A. Oil is only going to go up, and up, and the Feds know that inflation then goes up, along with the CPI, and then you have huge wage demands, and all of a sudden the economy is in a mess!
The continuing high cost of petrol affects everybody from the man in the steet to business owners. Why would you have that situation when we are sitting on billions of dollars worth of Uranium that could be safely mined and sold internationally, generating huge new dollars input into the economy. The Feds and the State Governments could then reduce or dismiss the excessive current Govt.tariffs on petrol and still come out in front. We all win!
Those are the types of scenarios that people vote for,
and the time is nigh! Be it Gallop or Beazley, the 'For Vote' (Pro-Uranium) PR machine is well under way, and the people will win this one, so stand aside if you must Geoff Gallop. If Beazley calls this one wrong again, he is doomed as well. Wake up and smell the roses Labor! We just want to live!
