I think all shareholders can now see why the Govt. officials etc..are very keen /supportive of GGX..the
defecit production/consumption scenario is real.. and expensive for Cebu.. which outside Manila is the second biggest commercial "hub''..with strong international
presence..This is a energy thirsty developing economy ready for new discoveries..
