    Hi kincella,

    Nice post (I gave you a TU) thousands of young folks out there just dying to emulate you, but how do they get onto the housing ladder with today's silly prices. If another 16 year house price rise could be arranged and GUARANTEED, lenders and buyers would all jump in and we would have another property rave.
