but we must see Pm miners become profitable and this will only happen if they keep costs under control, PM prices move strongly north and this is when the average joe will see the returns to be made either by dividends or SP strength.
nly down side will be a cash strapped Gov will eyeing the riches for themselves so I think a majority of your capital should be in bullion and coins with some in PM miners.
