    GL, if I was Mike I would be saying the same thing, Why would you be telling a shareholder " It seems that Togo is not gonna happen"

    DC, I just stated an opinion that I do not think they will be securing Togo. Also as mentioned I really do hope that I am proven wrong.

    Also as mentioned before the reason I am bringing up Togo again is because I think Togo has a great influence on this stock's performance at the moment
