Some more thumbsuckery by someone who has a doctorate and that allows him to see into the future. Seems like every man and his dog has to try an astrology/economic prognostication on the economics of this country albeit residing elsewhere. Wonder if he predicted the surge in prices before it happened in his own country let alone a downturn here!
